The electrical engineering specialist Pfannenberg has appointed Mark Keuneke as the new Director of Global Human Resources as of 1 August 2019. Keuneke is to pursue Pfannenberg's strategic and operational targets and thereby strengthen the positioning of the company as an employer brand in industry both nationally and internationally. He focuses particularly on topics such as "learning" and "recruiting". He reports directly to Andreas Pfannenberg, the company’s Managing Director.
Mark Keuneke brings with him 18 years of professional experience in leadership and personnel management at the national and international level. Keuneke started his career with the German Armed Forces, where he studied vocational and industrial education with a focus on human resources at the Helmut Schmidt University in Hamburg. After that, he felt mainly at home in medium-sized companies, but also has HR expertise at group level. Keuneke worked for Airbus, among other companies, as a site and works personnel manager, where he was responsible for operational personnel management, executive development and strategic personnel issues.
