With the introduction of the RoHs and WEEE directives, special conditions apply to electrical and electronic equipment. The EU directives restrict the use of hazardous substances and regulate the end of life of electrical and electronic equipment.
Pfannenberg products from the field of signaling technology have been subject to the RoHs II directive since 22.07.2017. For all other Pfannenberg products, the regulation applies from 22.07.2019.
With regard to the WEEE Directive, some Pfannenberg product groups in the B2B area are subject to European legislation.
