Approach and Reporting

Pfannenberg is a company active in two business areas: Thermal Management and Signaling Technologies. With over 70 years of history, the headquarter is located in Hamburg, Germany. Our production site in Fidenza (IT) and sales organisations in Germany, Italy and Great Britain complete our European network (EMEA region). Further international locations are in Lancaster (US), Singapore (SG), Suzhou (CN), St. Petersburg (RU) and Indaiatuba (BR). Together with our competent sales associates and subsidiary companies, we have established a far-reaching sales network covering all international markets.

We operate an environmental management system (ISO 14001) and quality management system (ISO 9001) in our production sites worldwide. Over the past years, customers increasingly request transparency about our supply chain responsibility, climate action and other industry-specific topics such as refrigerant use and compliance with environmental directives such as REACH, RoHS and WEEE.

Measuring our corporate carbon footprint, managing F-Gas regulation, upholding human rights and refraining from conflict minerals are other important areas in our sustainability management. Pfannenberg responds to customer inquiries based on, for example, SAQ 5.0 and IntegrityNext.

We are preparing our first Sustainability Report which will be published in 2025. Our current focus is on our own business operations. Yet, making our products and solutions more sustainable is a pillar in our overarching corporate strategy and will pave the way for future innovation.
