You just need to add your company name. In combination with the executive summary you have all supplements for your shipping documents.

If you want to export out of the EU you don’t need any further documentation. Article 22 paragraph 3 limits the GWP to 1000.

All units equipped with R531A are below this limit and can exported without special documentation. Information is already on the standard shipping documents.
