A question of perspective ...

As a company, we want to continue to develop. We only succeed if our employees succeed too. We owe a great deal to your efforts. It is therefore also in our interest to promote every employee according to his or her ability and willingness to perform. In doing so, the company's needs are met as well as the expectations of the employees.

We have developed a personnel development programme and a Pfannenberg training programme for our employees, which include a large number of seminar and training measures and which are open to all employees. The range of further training opportunities extends from leadership training to the improvement of personal work techniques, from seminars and communication training to the imparting of advanced language skills. Good and acknowledged managers are key to business success.

We would therefore like to identify employees with the potential for management duties and to promote them, to prepare them for current and future activities, and to advise them individually in their further training.
