Working Conditions and Human Rights

Employees are vital to our success; respecting human rights is essential to promoting fairness, dignity and equality.

For us, it is a self-evident obligation that we ensure humane working conditions and compliance with internationally applicable human rights regulations in our own workforce and throughout our entire supply chain. We also expect our suppliers to respect human rights and refrain from using child labour. This is part of our Supplier Code of Conduct.

We look for ways to contribute to the well-being of the workforce, which reflect in an overall low fluctuation rate. Pfannenberg benefits from the diversity of a global workforce with numerous different nationalities. We invest that the international experiences, language skills and the network within the company are strengthened.

As a company, we want to continue to develop, together with our employees. We promote employees according to their ability and willingness to perform. A personnel development program and a Pfannenberg training program include a large number of seminar and training measures open to all employees. The range of further training opportunities extends from leadership training to the improvement of personal work techniques, from seminars and communication training to the imparting of advanced language skills.
