A heat exchanger made for a wide range of conditions

Hamburg, 28. February 2025 In industrial machine cooling, the correct temperature and quality of the cooling water is of crucial importance. The PWW 2.0 utilises two circuits for this purpose - the primary and the secondary circuit. To keep the process water in the secondary circuit at a stable temperature, the cooling water temperature is first regulated by the integrated heat exchanger in the primary circuit. To maintain a certain temperature in the secondary circuit, the flow rate in the primary circuit is controlled by a control valve.

The division into two cooling circuits also makes our customers independent of the quality of their existing cooling water - possible impurities, corrosion or a water temperature that is too low are therefore excluded as disruptive factors. Another advantage of the dual-circuit system is the avoidance of condensate on sensitive machine parts.
