Occupational Health and Safety

The health and safety of our workforce is a top priority. We are responsible to ensure that our employees are protected against accidents and other potential risks at work.

Our commitment to health and safety is reflected in numerous measures we have already introduced. Among them are trainings, inspections by external experts and regular risk assessments of all workplaces, both in terms of equipment and the handling of hazardous substances. We document and analyse both reportable and non-reportable data on accidents at work, as well as absence statistics. To further reduce accidents, we define preventive measures implemented by the Management Team. We invest in promoting our employees’ health and supporting their physical and mental health.

Currently, we are developing an internal health and safety management system. Our occupational health and safety structures ensure clear organizational and operational procedures. The respective department directors and line managers are responsible for health and safety across our organization. The local company guidelines for health and safety cover our own workforce as well as subcontractors and third parties.
