Resource-saving manufacturing process

  • Waste avoidance: Hot runner systems with valve gates avoid over 1 ton of sprue waste per year.
  • Waste recycling: Feeding re-granulates avoids 20 tons of new plastic per year.
  • New Machinery: Investments in new machines and peripherals with focus on energy efficiency (minus 25%)
  • Alternative cleaning: Avoidance of aggressive cleaning agents as far as possible by using dry ice and bio cold cleaner (minus 150l per year).

Above-average service life

  • Relieving the filter: Due to the special shape of the individual lamellas, the coarser dust particles are still caught in front of the filter mat. This increases the service life of the filter mat.
  • Up to 4-fold sevice life: Due to the use of the patented fluted filter mats, the dirt builds up only slowly and a high air flow is guaranteed for longer.
  • Proven reliability: All filter fans are 100% tested for function ex factory. Unnecessary transports and expenses are thus prevented.

Intelligent disposal concept

  • Unglued individual parts: All components of the Pfannenberg filterfans and exhaust filters are only snapped or screwed into place and no coated plastics are used. A disposal is easily possible.
  • Direct contact: The EMC shield directly contacts with the cut edge of the enclosure. Neither glue nor reworking is necessary.

Process-safe assembly

Fast simple and error-free: Both the assembly and the filter mat change are done with a flick of the hand. Everything in seconds without tools.
