Grâce à une régulation très efficace de la vitesse, chaque unité couvre une large gamme de performances. Cela se traduit par une faible diversité de types et, par conséquent, par une grande sécurité de conception.
Entre autres innovations, la technologie du courant continu sans balais (BLDC) permet d'obtenir la meilleure efficacité énergétique du marché.
XC Controller : l'unité de commande développée par Pfannenberg spécialement pour cette série permet la communication entre l'unité de refroidissement et la commande de la machine, ainsi que l'intégration dans les processus de production.
Grande distance entre les évents d'admission et d'échappement, circulation sûre à l'intérieur de l'armoire électrique grâce au long passage de l'air, ce qui permet d'éliminer les points chauds.
Facilité d'entretien exceptionnelle et filtre en option (facile à installer ultérieurement)

Thanks to highly efficient speed control, every unit covers a wide power range. This leads to a small type diversity and correspondingly to a large design safety.

Highly efficient BLDC technology

The innovative, brushless direct current technology (Brushless DC) makes an extreme energy efficiency (EER) of >6 possible. Thereby, the cooling occurs with high precision within a very tight tolerance range.

The communication interface "Modbus" to integrate the cooling unit into the existing machine control or in a cloud solution.

XC Controller

The operating unit which was developed especially for this series makes communication between the cooling unit and machine control possible and also the integration into production processes.

Long passage of air

The large distance between the cold air outlet (bottom) and warm air inlet (top), has aerodynamically improved circulation of the electrical enclosure which prevents hot spots on especially stressed components.
